THE FRINGED FLAG
The United States is run by the Military. The fringe on the flag that you see in all courtrooms and government buildings signifies a Military Flag and thus Military Jurisdiction as reflected in the U.S. Code. (Look it up!)
By Executive Order No.10834, signed on August 21, 1959 and printed in the Federal Register at 24 F.R. 6865, pursuant to law, stated that,
“A military flag is a flag that resembles the regular flag of the United States, except that it has a yellow fringe border on three sides.” Federal Register at 24 F.R. 6865
“Pursuant to 4 U.S.C. chapter 1, §§1, 2, & 3; Executive Order 10834, August 21, 1959; 24 F.R.6865; a military flag is a flag that resembles the regular flag of the United States, except that it has a YELLOW FRINGE border on three sides. The President of the United States designates this deviation from the regular flag, by executive order, and in his capacity as Commander-in-Chief of the military. The placing of a fringe on the national flag, the dimensions of the flag and the arrangement of the stars in the union are matters of detail not controlled by statute, but are within the discretion of the President as Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy.” Quoted from 34 Ops. President, Dwight David Eisenhower, by Executive Order No.10834, signed on August 21, 1959 and printed in the Federal Register at 24 F.R. 6865, pursuant to law, stated that: “A military flag is a flag that resembles the regular flag of the United States, except that it has a yellow fringe border on three sides.”
Pursuant to the “Law of the Flag,” a military flag does result in jurisdictional implications when flown. This give people involved notice of what law prevails. (Ruhstrat v. People, 57 N.E. 41, 45, 185 Ill. 133, 49 LRA 181, 76 Am).
Notice how the Vatican flag also has a yellow fringe around it. The Vatican is the head of Admiralty Law. A fringe around a flag means the rule of law is Admiralty Law.
THE U.S. IS ULTIMATELY RUN BY THE MILITARY
Never will you see the U.S. Flag without a yellow fringe inside any government building, except only at the original Supreme Court of the United States for the District of Columbia, that is the original Article 3 Section 1 Court of the Constitution of the United States. There is no fringe on the Flags in those Courts. This name was the name that was switched from the original name of The Circuit Court of the United States of the District of Columbia on March 3,1863.
The Supreme Court on Capitol Hill is different than an Article 3 Court and is referred to as the High Court of Justice. The definition of this title is “The High Court of Admiralty.”
